99 Update

Gold has updated his list, three months early, which is just not fair. How am I going to finish now? I edited it, mixing the old with the new, and left the ones I've already been to and came up with a new list. I added two of my own choosing to show my own astute cuisine observations (Khun Dom and Pat and Lorraine's, of course they had to be cheap joints). This is the new and improved list and it appears on the right.
